Diamond Turned Optics
Crafted with precision, these optics are available in materials such as Germanium, Silicon, Zinc Selenide (ZnSe), Zinc Sulfide (ZnS), and proprietary chalcogenide glasses.
They feature anti-reflective (AR), highly durable AR (HDAR), diamond-like carbon (DLC), or spectral filter coatings. Capable of achieving surface irregularities as low as ½ fringe P-V and surface roughness under 20 Angstroms RMS, these optics support diameters up to 350mm, with dimensional tolerances as tight as ±0.002mm.

Molded IR Lenses
Utilizing in-house chalcogenide glass, LightPath offers molded IR lenses with rapid prototyping and seamless scalability to high-volume production.
These lenses can be enhanced with proprietary DLC coatings, adhere to relevant MIL specifications, and are produced in U.S. facilities compliant with ITAR regulations. The company has the capacity to produce up to 4 million lenses annually.

Prisms
LightPath manufactures precision-polished prisms, including right-angle, equilateral, and custom shapes, from various infrared materials. These prisms support sizes up to 120mm, with surface irregularities as low as ¼ fringe P-V and surface roughness under 10 Angstroms RMS.
They are available with standard and custom AR, HDAR, and DLC coatings, and dimensional tolerances as tight as ±0.025mm.

Spherical Lenses
Offering both conventional and CNC-polished spherical lenses, LightPath utilizes crystalline and chalcogenide materials. These lenses can reach diameters up to 350mm, with surface irregularities as low as ¼ fringe P-V and surface roughness under 10 Angstroms RMS.
They are available with standard and custom AR, HDAR, and DLC coatings, and dimensional tolerances as tight as ±0.01mm.
