Diamond Turned Optics
- Diamond Turned Aspheric Lenses
- Germanium, Silicon, ZnSe, ZnS, Chalcogenides and any Infrared Material
- Anti Reflective (AR), Highly Durable (HDAR), Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) or spectral filter coatings available
- Up to 350mm diameter
- Surface irregularities as low as ½ fringe P-V
- Surface roughness on most materials under 20 Angstroms RMS
- Dimensional and mechanical tolerances as low as +/-0.002mm are available
- Up to 550mm swing capacity for off-axis aspheres
Molded IR Lenses
- Based on materials from our Chalcogenide Glass Manufacturing
- Fast turn around of prototypes
- Easily transition from prototype phase to high-volume production
- Molded lenses can be coated with our proprietary DLC protective coating
- Adhere to relevant MIL Specs
- Anti Reflective (AR), Highly Durable (HDAR), Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) or spectral filter coatings available
- Capacity to produce up to 4 million lenses annually
- Molding in the US for ITAR applications

Spherical Lenses
- Conventional or CNC polished
- Produced from all Crystaline and Chalcogenide materials
- Standard and custom AR, HDAR and DLC Coatings
- Up to 350mm diameter
- Surface irregularities as low as ¼ fringe P-V
- Surface roughness 10 Angstroms RMS
- Dimensional and mechanical tolerances as low as +/-0.01mm are available
